Trash and Recycling

Trash service is provided on Tuesdays and Fridays. Recycling service is provided on Wednesdays. Yard waste pickup is provided on Wednesdays from March 1st to December 1st. Bulk pickup must be requested if needed.

Snow Removal

The HOA provides for snow removal on all HOA owned streets when a snowfall exceeds two inches. Except for condos, sidewalk snow removal is the responsibility of the homeowner.

Lawn Care

The HOA provides for grass mowing in all common areas weekly throughout the growing season. For town homes and carriage homes, the HOA provides weekly mowing throughout the growing season, two fertilizer/weed control applications, and two leaf removals in late fall.

Transportation

Dulles airport is an international airport that serves most major world cities. The airport is located to the southeast of Loudoun Valley Estates II and it is a short drive to the airport. The Washington D.C. Metro system’s Silver Line now operates to Ashburn. There are four bus stops within LVE II that provide services (a 10 minute bus ride) to the Ashburn Metro station. The metro operates to downtown D.C. and to the Dulles and Reagan National airports.
